Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of individual property strategies with continuous alignment of the properties to the respective market situation by competitive analysis and assessment of potential risks specific to location, property and valuation
- Identification and development of value enhancement potentials in the portfolio
- Management and coordination of our external partners (including property management) and highly focused collaboration with internal partners (leasing, real estate project management)
