Introduction
Welcome to the world of Encavis! At Encavis, everything revolves around the power of the sun, the wind and the more than 200 people who together are helping to shape the energy system of the future. What exactly do we do? We make renewable energy economically viable. Our core business is the acquisition and operation of solar and wind parks throughout Europe. Already today, we are one of the leading group-independent electricity producers in the field of renewable energies. And we are continuing to grow. What does that mean for you? The opportunity to move, shape and change a lot. As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping the energy transition to succeed.
There are many reasons why you should join Encavis - but your expertise and experience speak for themselves. What can you expect from us? Varied tasks in a team in which you will quickly take on a key role in the asset management of our solar parks, independently manage projects in the field of renewable energies, control external service providers and always keep an eye on the optimisation of our internal processes - always in close cooperation with other departments.

Your Tasks

  • You will assume operational responsibility for Spanish solar parks in the various stages of development, currently focussing on projects in the construction phase
  • You may participate in the joint management of the parks you are responsible for
  • You will be responsible for the operative planning on a rolling basis and the management and monitoring of your companies
  • You will communicate and report independently to all relevant stakeholders
  • You will review the financial reports and financial statements
  • You analyse the monitoring systems and technical reports to ensure the long-term optimal operation of your parks
  • You support projects in the construction phase and ensure the optimal progress
  • You scrutinise the status quo and develop and implement standardisation and optimisation measures
  • You are responsible for cross-team projects

Your Profile

  • You have completed a degree in business administration or engineering (or a comparable qualification)
  • You have relevant experience in asset management/project management, ideally in the field of renewable energies
  • You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and commitment
  • Because of your analytical skills and your ability to grasp things quickly you are able to deal with complex coherences
  • Your winning personality characterises you as a team player
  • You work in a structured, independent and proactive manner
  • You have a good understanding of balance sheets
  • You are experienced in using modern controlling tools and IT systems
  • You are business fluent in German and English and have basic knowledge of Spanish
  • You are enthusiastic about all topics related to the energy transition
