The Asset Oversight Senior Analyst is responsible to review the eligibility of the financial instruments underlying our insurance contract and ensure external asset managers are respecting the investment rules defined by our regulator.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Making sure regulatory requirements set by our regulators (the Commissariat Aux Assurance) are respected
• Analysing new portfolio in accordance with home and host country regulations
• Reviewing contractual documentation: investment profile, investment strategy and indemnity letters
• Performing suitability check between client risk profile and the selected strategy
• Making sure we comply with European regulations linked to investments (e.g. PRIIPS, EMIR, MAR, Sanctions, Major Shareholding reporting,…)
• Providing monthly and quarterly reporting to partners, clients & other departments on regulatory and investment strategy breaches. Ensure appropriate follow-up and implementation of mitigation actions with external asset managers in case of deviation
