We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Director I to join our Client Excellence team. This role is on a hybrid schedule (in office 3 days a week), and can be located out of our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL or Everett, MA office.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations
Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clients
Provide strong client governance
Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and service
Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business and model

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
5-7 years of total work experience in Financial Services
Experience in servicing clients in one (or more) of the following sectors: Corporations, Non-Profits, Pensions, and/or Private Equity
