Responsibilities:

The Asset Services Coordinator is a member of the Asset Services, Audit & Compliance team which operates within the Client Services Team.

The role is responsible for the co-ordination and oversight of all property related transactions across Client Services and manages a diverse portfolio of projects including property purchases and sales, property modifications and pool compliance.

  • Effectively manage clients providing timely and efficient funds administration services for persons with a disability.
  • Effectively co-ordinate and complete all processes associated with building and property-related transactions, including trust property purchases, sales, new-builds and modifications.
  • Effectively monitor and maintain the pool and spa compliance program for all trust properties.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with key external stakeholders, including but not limited to, real estate agents, valuers, conveyancers, builders and architects.
  • Regular liaison with internal stakeholders, including Legal Section, in relation to building contracts.
  • Prepare and present high-level correspondence and other documentation, such as Court Orders and memoranda for the consideration of the Senior Master and/or Judicial Registrar.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and statistics; maintain proper documentation, recording and tracking systems in accordance with established performance standards.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the procedural and practical requirements of the Senior Master (who is an Associate Judge), as they impact upon the administration of funds in Court for persons with a disability.
  • Effectively deal with a range of clients displaying challenging behaviours, such as persons with acquired brain injury or those who may have been victims of crime.
