We are looking for an Asset Servicing Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments.
As a part of the team, you will have a chance to participate in Asset Servicing initiatives while working on exception management and collaborating with internal and external units.
Your role
- Identifying client needs and managing client and business partner expectations in a timely manner
- Working on the foundations of great client experience and leveraging available internal tools
- Establishing, cultivating and leveraging relationships to identify and execute process enhancements
- Paying strong attention to detail and developing awareness of reputational risk and accountability
- Articulating operational and risk impacts related to a specific task or procedure
Your skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Asset Servicing or another securities-related function) within corporate financial services and/or fund industry
- Understanding of the broker-dealer environment and the key associated market risks
- Strong team player, as well as the attitude of a person who is flexible and seeks to help other team members
- Ability to work within a high-risk environment meet challenging deadlines and target
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
