Responsibilities:

The Finance Office is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant is responsible for assisting the Finance Services team to maintain the integrity of the University’s General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers. This involves reconciliation of the various control and suspense accounts, timely completion of month end accounting processes and the preparation of the annual accounts for the University and its controlled entities. The Assistant Accountant will also provide support to the University taxation and insurance functions to assist with the preparation of the BAS and FBT returns.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Hawkesbury Campus. Please refer to the Position Description for further information.
