Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5.5-day work week
Responsibilities:
- To assist Deputy Administration Manager in the execution of duties
- To handle all welfare (adequate working conditions, food, transport) matters that arise in the company
- To assist in keeping discipline amongst staff in their daily attendance / punctuality etc.
- To ensure that sales quotation has been sent out on time, and follow up on the subsequent confirmation of order by informing purchaser.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
- Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure and working condition and environment
- To assist Administration department in updating, creating, and maintaining records and databases.
- Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO with their manpower requirements and assist in redeploying manpower as per required
- To assist on HR duties
- Perform others duties as assigned on case-to-case basis
