Description:
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. Using and having a good understanding of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ensuring good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone. Take accurate messages and ensure these are passed on to the appropriate people.
Carry out office duties, such as dealing with post and photocopying; beresponsible for document filing and ensure that the relevant records are organised, accessible and up to date. Monitor and maintain the departments admin stocks. Arrange bookings for meeting rooms via Ubook online system. Accurately input data onto relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures.
All shifts do include working some evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday’s and will be determined via a team rota
