DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• University degree holder in Business or Communications related field.
• Entry level or with 1-3 years’ experience in the industry related to sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications.
• Self-motivated, responsible and analytical in transforming data into insights.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, additional language would be added advantage.

• Work closely with APAC sales team to understand client’s business goal and objectives, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Onboard clients and provide support for clients of Cision proprietary software.
• Responsible to help with media monitoring and data analytics. May cover areas such as media exposure, competitor landscape analysis, insights, and trends with the use of Cision’s proprietary software or Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible to deliver reports based on client’s need and help produce insights that helps contributes to meeting client’s goal and deadline.
• Understanding client’s requirement and delivering scope of work based on requirements.
