As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operation Manager to oversee both our production facility and outlet operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to join our team and take charge of our sushi production facility and outlet operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for food production and customer service. If you are a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of sushi production, supply chain management, and outlet management, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sushi production and outlet management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
