Description:

KPP Search has partnered up with a leading Big4 accounting firm that is seeking highly talented candidates for Financial Audit Assistant Manager, Audit Manager, and Audit Associate Director positions. They offer relocation services for those looking to work internationally. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients of varying sizes. Your duties will include building strong relationships with clients, training and mentoring audit teams to ensure quality audits.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full membership of a professional accounting body (e.g., CAANZ) or equivalentpreferable
  • At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment preferably from Big4 environment
  • Experience leading and managing staff on several audit engagements simultaneously (Manager/Associate Director)
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Experience with EMS is desirable
  • Management skills, drive, and the ability to identify business development opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model and recognize the contributions of others

  • Positively influence clients, teams, and individuals by setting an example and establishing strong relationships with senior executives
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of audit and risk advisory services to deliver high-quality engagements that meet stakeholder needs
  • Provide guidance to the audit team regarding the use of tools, guidance, and methodology in delivering the audit
  • Proactively manage project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor the delivery of assigned tasks while guiding team members in prioritising their workload
  • Display knowledge of business security, ethical, and compliance responsibilities, and encourage appropriate behaviour among engagement teams
