Responsibilities:

In the heart of it all is the Assistant Branch Manager – the catalyst for seamless daily operations, stepping in when the Branch Manager is away. You will be the driving force behind an efficiently operating branch, providing guidance and feedback to empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold impeccable front desk operations, and maintain equipment to the highest Kennards standards.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will not only collaborate closely with the Branch Manager but also independently ensure top-notch service delivery and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily tasks and assuming leadership in the Branch Manager’s absence.
  • Orchestrating front desk operations and branch administration with precision.
  • Championing equipment maintenance and workshop standards to guarantee peak performance for our valued customers.
  • Ensuring seamless opening and closing of the branch as needed.
  • Embracing continuous growth through training and development, enriching your skills and prowess.
  • Masterminding rostering and staff supervision for optimum efficiency.
