QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
- Business or marketing degree qualified
- Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the local growth strategy, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win) and align directly with Value Creation Strategy/regional strategy
- Assist with the annual brand planning and budget forecasting, working closely with finance partners and insight teams to actively and accurately monitor ROI and spend.
- Contribute to strategy development for the designated brand portfolio
- Partner and influence Shopper and Category teams and other internal partners on implementation of local marketing plans, ensuring executional consistency against marketing strategy.
- Implement and execute flawlessly on projects that help drive the Australian brand growth strategy
- Partner across the organization (sales, finance, consumer insights, supply chain, Innovation) to align product strategy to support company sales and profit targets
- Partner with peers and other internal partners (Innovation, Commercial team, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI
- Communication of brand standards, plans, strategy, and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Participate in the NPD process - support the brand team with POS, product and other logistics for brand programs as required
- Work closely with aligned agencies to deliver appropriate messaging, brand communication, trade activation and media plans to consumers.
- Review brand performance and health reviews, tracking, and reporting
- Co-ordinate Sponsorship management
