We are currently working with an established Tier 1 Main Contractor in which we are assisting the Building Services team for the recruitment of an Assistant Building Services Manager / M&E Engineer to join the team. The project that this chosen individual will initially be based on would be in Southeast London on a flagship regeneration project. The Building Services team is rapidly growing, already consisting of highly experienced MEP individuals that will help support/ and guide the Assistant Building Services Manager along the journey.
The chosen candidate will be managing M&E aspects on site, carry out quality inspections, working hand in hand with the Building Services Manager and to manage/monitor sub-contractors.
A formal qualification in Building Services Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) would be desired, but not essential!
This role is for an individual that is looking for ‘real’ progression, and to gain knowledge of managing Mechanical AND Electrical packages on huge size schemes in and around London.
