Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and individuals.
  • Conduct market research and prospecting activities to generate leads and opportunities for new business.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other activities to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, and provide regular reports to senior management.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.Experience in the Adult Education Industry and familiarity with Government initiatives such as Career Conversion Programmes and Job Redesign projects is a plus
