Description:

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel managerial experience; front office experience is mandatory
  • Experience in and knowledge of marketing, social media and event organization. Experience in working abroad is a plus
  • Good understanding of computer handling (Opera, MICROS)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Venturous, humble, helpful and approachable

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • 10% Maintaining customer relations
  • 20% Checking hotel procedures and guaranteeing quality
  • 20% Administration
  • 20% Supporting the Hotel Manager (Captain) with financial and budget related tasks
  • 30% Solving ad hoc problems and providing customer care
