    Are you passionate about the retail and commercial property industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Assistant Centre Manager to join the team supporting the management of a shopping centre asset.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in property management, retail, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using MRI software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of leasing agreements and commercial property operations is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Asset Manager in overseeing daily operations of the shopping centre.
  • Support tenant relations, including lease administration, inquiries, arrears mannagement and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Monitor facility maintenance and ensure a safe and attractive environment for visitors.
  • Assist in financial management and budgeting for the centre.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance visitor experience.
