Are you passionate about the retail and commercial property industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Assistant Centre Manager to join the team supporting the management of a shopping centre asset.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in property management, retail, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using MRI software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of leasing agreements and commercial property operations is preferred.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Asset Manager in overseeing daily operations of the shopping centre.
- Support tenant relations, including lease administration, inquiries, arrears mannagement and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Monitor facility maintenance and ensure a safe and attractive environment for visitors.
- Assist in financial management and budgeting for the centre.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance visitor experience.
