Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Project and documentation support to the CIO and the IT management team members
- Providing PMO support for selected IT projects (status reports, milestone plans, activity logs, risk logs and related)
- Digitalization and automation of existing workflows with the support of MS Office 365 tools
- Work with our IT Business Partners and Senior Management to consolidate strategic IT portfolios, share and collect information
- Organization and preparation of meetings, online trainings, and events
- Collecting inputs and preparation of presentations to support the management team
- Updating the Sulzer World Intranet IT page, create and submit announcements and bring in new ideas for the content
- Providing administrative support (e.g., meeting arrangements, travel management) to the CIO and the IT management team members
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Commercial education combined with a strong interest in IT environment and/or degree in the area of Business Information Technology
- First working experience in office management, project management or IT roles
- Strong command of MS Office 365, especially MS Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound technical understanding of key terms in IT application management and IT infrastructure are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in a wide array of situational settings
- Fluency in English and German
- Structured and exact way of working
- High degree of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
- Friendly, problem solving and motivated attitude
- A strong team player who supports the team and embraces ownership
- Ability to work in constantly changing environment
