Description:

An opportunity has arisen to join the clinical skills and resuscitation team as an assistant technician.
Working as part of a small team within education, the assistant technician will provide a wide range of technical support and assistance to Education and Clinical Skills Centre staff and customers for all events in both centres.
The person we are looking for will demonstrate that they are methodical, accurate, flexible, reliable and able to work in a team environment. They must be able to communicate effectively with other staff members of all positions and age range.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the clinical skills technician and educators and be required to undertake training to level 2 or 3 NVQ / national diploma.

The closest train station in Steeton and Silsden which is 1.2 miles from the hospital and on the Skipton- Leeds line. Train to Leeds approx. 35 minutes, train to Skipton approx. 15 minutes. It is widely regarded as a friendly place to work. It is associated with the Universities of Leeds and Bradford from which it hosts students on placements throughout the academic year.
