Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of lending, loan documentation a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong and proven critical thinking skills - ability to understand and analyse non-standard and complex situations and retain concern for quality, accuracy and detail.
- Technical know-how - minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably more, with CRM software
Responsibilities:
In this role you will need to be ready to interact with clients and build relationships with clients. In many cases you will be a key client contact. You will be providing primary support to Commercial Managers to achieve their financial targets and develop relationships with new and existing customers. The role also works closely with UDC Operations and directly contribute to the establishment and roll out of changes in processes and protocols to improve better outcomes for customers.
Duties:
- Phone calls to clients.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager with documentation and workflow
- approvals.
- Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction levels via feedback or survey mechanisms.
- Adherence to agreed service standards and principles.
- Develop and maintain good quality and effective working relationships.
- Ensure Customer Centricity strategic plan initiatives are implemented.
