    Fully utilise your customer service experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations across our Lifestyle Communities located on the Sunshine Coast, developing, and fostering positive relationships with our homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Working across the communities, an integral part of the team, providing high level support to the Community Managers. Your exceptional inter-personal skills will be crucial in this dynamic and varied role where every day is different and provide you with future opportunities for career progression. Full time position, Monday to Friday.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Community Manager with homeowner queries and concerns
  • Build, maintain and grow positive and respectful relationships with homeowners
  • Welcoming new homeowners and ensuring they are embedded into the community
  • Preparation of paperwork to all new home owners settling into homes
  • Work collaboratively with all contractors and service providers
  • Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory compliance, guidelines and policies
  • Work collaboratively with Caretakers to ensure the needs of the community are being met
  • General administration working across MS Office Suite and assist with the Community Website (intranet)
  • Actively participate as well as represent Stockland Halcyon at homeowner functions and events
  • Liaise with homeowner interest groups, attend meetings and take minutes as required
