Advocate Property Management (A Westward 360 company) is looking to add an Assistant Community Manager to join our growing company in the Lockport, IL area. Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for any callers, clients or visitors.
  • Answer phones, respond to owner emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assist. Some calls may be onsite specific, and some may be broader calls to the company overall.
  • Assist community manager and the community board of directors with the day-to-day community management operations.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, legal teams, etc.
  • Be the liaison between the community owners, board of directors and community manager.
  • Update owner, tenant, and/or property manager contact information in systems (email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc.).
  • Assist with processing ARC applications and review to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
  • Attend occasional staff meetings in the main office in Naperville.
