Description:
Key responsibilities of the role are: - Assessing enquiries and complaints in relation to matters of non compliance relevant to OLGR’s legislation.- Undertaking investigations into matters of non-compliance and providing advice to industry, both verbal and in written communication- Analysing and processing data from other government agencies, including the Queensland Police Service.- Performing general administrative duties including the receipting of applications, record maintenance and actioning internal and external correspondence.- Contributing to the achievement of Compliance Division’s goals and objectives.- Developing your skills to manage your own work- load efficiently, negotiating priorities to meet deadlines where appropriate.
