Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Concierge Assistant Manager will be a flexible, positive and proactive problem solver who shows initiative and commitment to community outcomes by working efficiently and adapting seamlessly to changing priorities. This position requires excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as exceptional relationship management capabilities to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Receiving, triaging and responding to communication and correspondence
  • Coordinating support to affected communities and individuals
  • General office management and calendar coordination

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience providing administrative support for senior staff within an organisation
  • Experience in community engagement or community development at an operational level
  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to meet deadlines while working in pressured situation
