ASSISTANT CONCIERGE MANAGERS | DUBAI | NEW OPENING ULTRA LUXURY HOTEL
We are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT CONCIERGE MANAGERS to join the team of new opening, ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai.
Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a strong background in concierge service preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to luxury.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of the guests and the hotel.
- Clear criminal record
- Clear medical bill
- Passport valid at least 2 more years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the concierge team, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the concierge desk, including guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, and communication at all times.
