Description:
SUMMARY
The Department of Ophthalmology at Baylor College is Medicine is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an open Assistant Coordinator, Clinical Research position. This position will provide support in the clinical research of Dr. Mitchel Weikert.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED.
- No experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic measurements on cataract, refractive, and cornea patients, including:
- Wavefront aberrations
- Corneal topography/tomography
- Optical biometry
- Corneal pachymetry
- Retina & optic nerve optical coherence tomography
- Manifest refractions
- Collect and organize data for analysis:
- Excel
- Statistical analysis software
- Ocular modeling via ray tracing software
- Zemax
- Draft manuscripts for presentation at research meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
