Our Operations-office team (department Agriculture, Consumer, GTS and Minerals) is looking to recruit an Assistant Coordinator (Full-Time) to join our team.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Data entry.
  • Drafting documents and reports and maintaining records in COMDIV operations database.
  • Support activities of coordinators by assisting to clients’ queries and with field inspectors and laboratories.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, guidelines and internal control standards.
  • Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience.
  • Thwo to Three (2-3) years related experience preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong written, communication, and organizational skill are required.
  • Detail oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform various administrative duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service. oriented culture by operating in a professional and collaborative fashion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint).
  • Perform independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus but not required.
