Description:
The YMCA is the fastest growing OSHC provider in the South East with over 50 services, which in turn provides our staff with the ability to grow and move through the company as their careers head to the next level.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Helensvale Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).
This is a fixed term (minimum 6 months with the review to go permanent), part-time hours position. Your working hours per week will be 34.5 hours during school term and 38 hours during vacation care time.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will assist the Service Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the service and management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of the Coordinator, Senior Coordinator Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and the OSHC Manager.
