SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience as an Assistant Development Manager, Analyst, Quantity Surveyor or similar. Other key requirements include:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or Equivalent
  • Experience Collaborating with Multiple People with Diverse Backgrounds
  • Strong Negotiation Skills with Stakeholders
  • Problem Solving, Organisational Planning Skills
  • Ability to act Professionally & Build Trust, & Relationships.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Due to growth within their business, an Assistant Development Manager position has been created to support the current development team. The Assistant Development Manager will contribute to the design and delivery of development projects to ensure successful execution in accordance with the project milestones and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards, and achieving required commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with lodgement of DA’s, modifications, & Authority Submissions
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to Deliver Project Based Objectives
  • Assist in Completing Feasibility Assessments on Projects
  • Assist in the Update of Monthly PCG (Project Control Group) Reports
  • Assist in Management of Project Financials including Budgets & Forecasting
