Description:

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for The Bettr Group (Bettr Academy and Bettr Coffee). This role will drive the development of commercial strategies to achieve new business, build meaningful client relationships, and ultimately achieving the organisation’s growth targets. You will manage and oversee high performing cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our growth efforts and for making data-driven decisions to optimize our sales and marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development leadership roles in a B2B sales team
  • Proven experience in B2C+B2B marketing
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in a managerial/leadership position
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and grow a cross-functional sales and marketing team
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to encourage and influence teams for continuous development and growth of self, customers, and business
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a diverse and adaptive environment.
  • Experience in the coffee, F&B and adult education sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on driving revenue and market share
  • Define and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for growing revenue and successfully running at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Lead and mentor the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to ensure that the organization has the talent and capabilities needed to support future growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
  • Developing and managing budgets and resources related to growth initiatives.
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of growth strategies and making adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to management
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry influencers, with ability to communicate the company’s growth vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
