QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 or more years of combined experience in a MOE school or Private Education Institution or within the Civil Service?
• A Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• A Chartered Accountant is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and direction in the areas of finance, procurement, and administration.
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the organization’s budget and ensure financial compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure best value for money.
• Provide support to academic and athletic programs.
• Foster a collaborative working environment and build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
