Job Description
The Assistant Director of Gymnastics will assist the Gymnastics Director in all aspects of the gymnastics program. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and attending recreational and competitive meets, managing the budget, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all youth participants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in a related field or equivalent such as Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sports Management
  • 1-2 years’ program management and supervisory experience, minimum three (3) years’ experience coaching and instructing skill levels from beginner to competitive.
