THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are looking for strong leaders who are agile, self-motivated, and results-driven to manage electoral event planning, delivery, and evaluation in NSW/ACT. These opportunities are for an initial period of up to 6 months and may be extended, or ongoing based on business needs.

We’re looking for talented people who are excellent communicators, can manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively, and deliver quality results within tight deadlines. Initiative, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to business improvement strategies will be essential.
During an election, you will also need to be responsive and show professional resilience and personal drive to deal with the high demand and volume of work generated at election time.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and challenging environment, adapt and respond to rapid change and lead your teams to achieve results in this context, while supporting the health and wellbeing of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence, negotiate strategic outcomes and facilitate cooperation and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including from a geographically dispersed network.
- Ability to examine your own performance and regularly seek feedback from others for personal and professional development, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
