Description:

Main Duties and Responsibilities The postholder will not be responsible for a caseload but will support delivery of evidence based emotional wellbeing activities to children, young people and their families, as well as education staff under supervision. This might also include creating resources to support the offer of the team. The post holder will support the team to promote the mental and emotional health of children, young people and families in the community The postholder will support the team to work toward inclusion and ensure co-production with service users, families and carers and the education staff The post holder will contribute to the overall assessment, including risk assessment, of children and young people in terms of their mental health needs by, for example, carrying out class observations The postholder will focus largely on the Whole School Approach to mental health.
