Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
General
a. Conduct audits (internal and external vendor audits), verify and review effectiveness of
corrective and preventive actions
b. Review of SOPs relevant to work functions.
c. Perform other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager.
d. Performing audit trend analysis involves examining audit data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve audit processes
QSI /Investigation
a. Attend aircraft maintenance induction/progress meetings and take follow-up action(s) for any quality concerns raised by customer(s)
b. Random inspection on aircraft maintenance work documents and technical data from airworthiness authorities / manufacturers and recommend follow-up action(s)
c. Liaise with customer’ / operators’ respesentatives on quality, regulatory or safety issues that afect affect their aircraft.
d. Carry out QSI and random inspection on the maintenance work performed and check for compliance to regulations, aviation safety, customer and Organisation requirements.
e. Check for timely and correct certification of production work documents.
f. Investigate and report on aircraft accidents, incidents, warranty claims, complaints, etc.
Audit
a. Plan and schedule of internal quality / external vendor audits.
b. Ensure planned audits are carried out and verify that corrective actions on non-compliance
are effectively carried out.
c. Assist with handling external audits from airworthiness authorities and customers.
Standards
a. Maintain / review / promulgate of Quality / CAA manuals and relevant SOPs.
Experience Required
a. Minimum 1 years of aircraft or quality experience.
Education and Training Required
a. Minimum Diploma engineering or quality equivalent.
Skills / Knowledge
a. Conversant (read, write and understand) in English Language.
b. Has appropriate audit knowledge
c. Presentation Skills.
d. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for the preparation of training notes and aids.
e. Good data analysis skills
