• Technical consultation by providing comprehensive responses to quotation requests, incorporating detailed analyses of engineering equipment/material suitability, costing estimates, and design/process specifications to align with customer requirements. Proficiently interpret technical GA drawings, datasheets, and engineering documents to accurately communicate technical details.
• Collaboration with R&D engaging closely with the principal supplier’s research and development team, actively exchanging customer feedback, and contributing valuable insights to drive continuous product improvements. Stay meticulously updated on evolving industry trends and competitor products for strategic adaptation and innovation.
• Attending training from supplier principle and conducting specialized training sessions for internal sales teams and external customers, elevating their technical proficiency with products. Stay updated on the latest tech developments and explain the technical details and applications of our equipment to potential clients. Prepared technical resources to fortify the sales process.
• Work closely with the operation and service teams, serving as a central point of contact during project implementation to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct on-site visits, working with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of products.
