Responsibilities:

DIGITAL INTEGRATION ENGINEER ROLE SUMMARY:

The Digital Integration Engineer/Asst. Integration Engineer will be responsible to provide Technical support to the Integration Lead for JCI’s Digital Solutions Implementation. The engineer will provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. He will work on assignments that involve moderately complex to complex deployment and needs understanding of Building Systems such as HVAC, BMS (Building Management System), Fire and Security.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Plan, Execute, Monitor & control project deliverables from inception to closure
  • Monitor and ensure code quality, design for security, Architectural consistency
  • Focus on quality assurance & quality control activities to reduce rework & variances
  • Responsible for managing the quality of deliverables for service and products ensuring the CMMi3 standards are applied
  • Manage requirements, minimize gaps, and ensure on-time deliveries with zero critical defects
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to manage Customer Value discovery, gaps in implementation, and Customer adoption of JCI solution
  • Coordinate with the Offshore team and communicate with customers.
