Our Water business is currently hiring an Assistant Engineer, Mechanical mainly focus on supporting overall engineering team working on the major water treatment plant project located in Tuas, Singapore,
The role will oversee Mechanical works on engineering aspects, quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts under their care on the project using their experience and knowledge in the construction, inspection and quality assurance of Mechanical elements; work across all the related TWRP contracts under the CM team they are assigned to; supervise the contractors and maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that quality of all Mechanical works are in compliance with the specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
The role will work closely with the Lead RE (Mechanical) and Engineering Manager to communicate with the Client and with 3rd Parties as required.
Here’s what you’ll need:
To be a successful candidate, you should have a minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering from BCA recognized university, with a minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience; have an interest in the water industry; experience on used water / water project in Singapore would be an added advantage.
