WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU BRING?
- Completion of secondary school education and post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Several years of related experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet/Intranet.
- Strong keyboarding skills and an excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Responsibilities:
Provides support for the provision of effective and efficient office services, coordinating and/or performing a variety of administrative, clerical and secretarial functions to support the various Engineering Design disciplines. Demonstrates behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment and helps to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC’s commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC’s policies. Participates in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.
