Summary:
The F&B Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and service based on Company Standards They oversee and coordinate the daily operational requirements of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and profitable operations The F&B Manager supervises the sale of food and beverage items and upholds the company’s drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets in accordance with Company Standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service, consistently delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests
  • Supervise and support the food and beverage sales process, optimizing revenue and profitability
  • Train and motivate staff to exceed goals, providing guidance and coaching to maintain service excellence
  • Enforce the company’s drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies in all F&B areas
  • Monitor and control food costs and stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift to oversee operations effectively
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation
