Description:

About the Role: Gore Fabrics is seeking a professional, highly motivated, and strategically proactive Leadership Assistant (f/m/d) to support our global supply chain leader and leadership team to ensure optimal business outcomes. This is a full-time role that is expected to be in the plant 4 days a week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Accredited professional administrative certification
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative support within the last 7 years to multiple individuals
  • Experience as an office or executive assistant with customer service or customer service management
  • Extensive experience in supporting and engaging in a wide variety of complex administrative work
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong user of virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office software packages
  • Robust project management and organization skills
  • Flexible and collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Independently support and engage using good judgement in a wide range of administrative work, some that is significantly complex in nature and scope, in an accurate, timely, self-managed manner with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strategically and proactively schedule, manage, influence, and optimize meeting cadence and complex calendars by planning (driving agenda preparation, meeting materials and expectations of presenters / participants)
  • Preparing, and providing coordination and support for events and meetings (i.e. including travel and summarizing notes, actions, decisions), and utilization of virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Menti, etc.)
  • Quickly respond, multi-task and prioritize high impact needs that support the business priorities while using good judgment and effectively making independent decisions while being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Communicate exceptionally (written and verbally) with a high level of professionalism, discernment and focus on delivering excellent customer service and support internally and externally. Ensure global communications are formulated accordingly and assist in localization
  • Advanced utilization of technology to perform daily tasks and proven ability to learn new technologies / tools as needed (i.e. O365, Mural, PowerBI, Cognos, Teams Live Events, SharePoint, Concur Travel, etc.)
  • to enable proactively creating, enhancing, editing, and managingcorrespondence, presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and Teams groups/channels
  • Anticipate needs and deliver consistent and reliable results, while being flexible and collaborative
  • Identify and implement creative solutions for process improvements
