REQUIREMENTS
- Overseeing the Facilities Assistant team
- Manage the buildings Mechanical & Electrical systems
- Efficient building waste management
- Daily general building checks walk around (Utilities, kitchens, meeting rooms, etc.) weekly process and procedure run through (suppliers, team meeting, vendors, procurement, etc.)
- Agile working systems support (Robin, Smart lockers, AV and Hearing loop)
- Effective management of daily contracted 3rd party relationships e.g. security/cleaning
- Business continuity and workforce protection
- Building Health & Safety and fire: Organising and up keeping training of staff as wardens, maintenance of fire exit routes, extinguishers and protocol sheets/blankets
- Oversee contracts of all facility providers including cleaners, security, pest control, commercial
- Compliance: PAT testing, fixed wire testing, emergency light testing, Legionella testing, PPL/PRS Music & TV licences
- Physical and digital archiving
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience working within an in-house Facilities role/department
- Experience managing members of staff
- Experience of liaising and working closely with senior management
- Strong admin skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience with building compliances and Health & Safety
- Microsoft Office proficient
