REQUIREMENTS

  • Overseeing the Facilities Assistant team
  • Manage the buildings Mechanical & Electrical systems
  • Efficient building waste management
  • Daily general building checks walk around (Utilities, kitchens, meeting rooms, etc.) weekly process and procedure run through (suppliers, team meeting, vendors, procurement, etc.)
  • Agile working systems support (Robin, Smart lockers, AV and Hearing loop)
  • Effective management of daily contracted 3rd party relationships e.g. security/cleaning
  • Business continuity and workforce protection
  • Building Health & Safety and fire: Organising and up keeping training of staff as wardens, maintenance of fire exit routes, extinguishers and protocol sheets/blankets
  • Oversee contracts of all facility providers including cleaners, security, pest control, commercial
  • Compliance: PAT testing, fixed wire testing, emergency light testing, Legionella testing, PPL/PRS Music & TV licences
  • Physical and digital archiving

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working within an in-house Facilities role/department
  • Experience managing members of staff
  • Experience of liaising and working closely with senior management
  • Strong admin skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with building compliances and Health & Safety
  • Microsoft Office proficient
