Assistant Finance Manager

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/recognized certificate from accounting bodies (LCCI, ACCA).
• Minimum 4 years of full set accountant experience.
• Experiences in construction industry will be advantageous.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
• Possess a good working attitude and reliable.
• Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Perform full set of accounts, finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, GST returns, bank reconciliation and audit matters etc.;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Bookkeeping
• Compilation and preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of XBRL for annual return filing to the ACRA
• Review management account and financial statement
• Estimated chargeable income filing
• Preparation of corporate tax computation
• Filing of corporate tax return to IRAS
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations
• Perform audit, tax and secretarial duties
• Liaising with various third parties and government agencies including auditor, bankers, MOM, IRAS and BCA.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
