We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s)to fill:

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Recognising of costs including and not limited to:
  • Checking and validating of all invoices for recording
  • Matching cost to sales invoice for back-to-back testing and ensure profitability
  • Maintaining unpaid suppliers’ invoices file
  • Supplier Payments including and not limited to:
  • Preparation of individual suppliers’ SOA as at end of the month for submission
  • Seeking for payment approval
  • Processing all transactions accurately via SCB online platform
  • All transactions to be recorded in SQL accounting software
  • Maintain Petty Cash float
  • Disburse cash amount to individuals upon approval
  • All transactions to be recorded in SQL accounting software
  • Reconciliation
  • Reconciling suppliers’ Statement of Accounts monthly
  • Daily management reporting à Preparation of bank reconciliation
  • Generation of Commission
  • Detailed checking and validation of sales reports as a basis of calculation of commission
  • Prepare credit control reports to highlight the collection of individual sales person’s performance
  • Risk Assessment
  • Prepare reports on risk assessment matrix under TPL reporting format
  • Interco reconciliation
  • Reconcile interco transactions and balances between PLPL and AGPL
  • Assist in preparing interco confirmations
  • Management reporting and schedules
  • Prepare full set of management accounts monthly
  • Submission of GST F5
  • Involvement in External and Internal audit and other ad-hoc duties.
