The Radisson Blu Athlone, part of The iNUA Collection, is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our growing team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar sized hotel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- A passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and the iNUA Collection brand.

Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Front Office department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Guest Service Excellence: Leading by example in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Team Leadership: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Administrative Duties: Assisting the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Financial Operations: Ensuring adherence to all financial procedures for cash handling, guest billing, and revenue management.
- Hotel Operations: Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the hotel.
