This position is located at our Gorsuch Distribution Center in Avon (Eagle-Vail), CO.
We are seeking an Assistant Fulfillment Manager to join our Gorsuch family. This is an ideal opportunity for an ecommerce professional who will assist in daily operations within our Catalog Shipping department. They will be responsible for assisting in the complete fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, quality control and shipping preparation.
General Duties of the Assistant Fulfillment Manager are:
- Oversee daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and stores about inventory and shipping needs.
- Resolving customer claims, inventory discrepancies, and daily shipping issues.
- Ensure packages are being accurately received and processed by determining the integrity of the merchandise/products and following standard operating procedures.
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes.
What the Assistant Fulfillment Manager will need to be a great candidate:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in logistics, warehouse and supply chain supervisory roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics or a similar field preferred.
- Proficiency with general navigation of computer applications preferred.
- Experience in the Retail sector preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
- Experience with order management and warehouse management systems and possess strong customer-service skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Salary Range: $26 - $32 hourly
Schedule to include 8 to 9 hour shifts 5 days a week including one weekend day on a regular basis. Expect to work through peak holiday periods and expect to work overtime hours.
Will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and more during peak selling periods over the holidays
