Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual with a passion for working with people and strong leadership skills. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the AC difference by training and developing our hotel teammates to create lasting positive memories for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership to lead the property to achieve its business goals. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the property, including but not limited to front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and engineering, while supporting the General Manager in providing overall leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
