We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to be a part of the driving force behind a motivated team working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working with like-minded peers to ensure that each guest has an outstanding experience while supporting the General Manager in exceeding expectations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees
- Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and employees
- Have knowledge of and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment
- Own management of chemical inventory, usage, and costs
- Train and motivate team to enroll new members
- Directly handle all customer concerns and questions
- Performs required administrative duties which may include documentation for performance management, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions
- Take responsibility when the General Manager is offsit
