Description:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Gas Turbine based power plants Instrumentation maintenance. Demonstrated expertise in Power Plant disciplines, including thermal, mechanical and electrical. Experience managing complex projects and teams, including the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective, data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Power Plant operations, including maintenance, safety, reliability, and efficiency. Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders. Manage budgets, schedules, and other project-related activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of quality services. Prepare and present reports on Power Plant operations, including performance metrics, financial data, and other key indicators.
